Identify Your Blocks

The first step in removing your blocks/limitations is to identify them. To do that, it is important to become aware of what it is that you are thinking about, and how that makes you feel.

Remove the blocks

After you have identified your negative emotions or beliefs, you can use energy tapping to clear them. This involves tapping on energy meridians to release blocked energies.

Affirmations

Affirmations are an extremely powerful tool which can be used to help us to change our beliefs. In order to change our behaviors, we have to replace old, negative beliefs with new, positive beliefs. Our behavior follows our beliefs.
