I highly recommend Cindy as an empathic healer.  She is very gifted.  She is a loving and kind soul who is willing to help anyone seeking guidance.  Cindy helped me recognize and clear away repressed negative thoughts, fears and angers, etc... that were blocking me from moving forward in my own spiritual growth.   Thank you Cindy!

Identify Your Blocks

The first step in removing your blocks/limitations is to identify them. To do that, it is important to become aware of what it is that you are thinking about, and how that makes you feel.

Remove the blocks

After you have identified your negative emotions or beliefs, you can use energy tapping to clear them. This involves tapping on energy meridians to release blocked energies.

Affirmations

Affirmations are an extremely powerful tool which can be used to help us to change our beliefs. In order to change our behaviors, we have to replace old, negative beliefs with new, positive beliefs. Our behavior follows our beliefs.
